Nathan Davis started this business in 1969. Before going on his own he worked as a service manager for another lift truck company. A transfer led him to Fayetteville NC in 1967 and 2 years later he started with one service truck and a determination to make his business grow. So, with his wife Faye by  his side along with the service accounts they started buying forklifts and renting them out. Faye took care of the billing and office duties, together they built up a customer base that in 1970 they hired the first of many employees.  Davis Lift Truck is glad to be associated with Tailift a Toyota Industries group company for their line of new equipment to offer our customers. Today Davis Lift Truck Service stills has that same determination to build upon a company that will last for years to come.
